We are seeking a Creative Account Manager to work with a small group of clients to grow their social media presence. In this role you will ensure the successful creation and delivery of creative assets (graphics, images, copy, video) for omni-channel campaigns. This will include content ideation, in the field videography, post scheduling, and general account management.

Requirement/Qualifications

1-2 years of account management experience
Photography and/or videography experience preferred
Must be able to adapt to the brand of each customer to create consistent individualized branding
Must be coachable and willing to follow systems and processes
Have a great attitude - you are a good vibes only type of person
Have reliable transportation and live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex
This position requires you to work at the FPM office in Addison and in the field at video shoots.

Duties and responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their unique brand, target market, and marketing objections
Build an in-depth knowledge of clients' brand to ensure a high level of autonomy on content reviews and act as a first reviewer for all media produced to align with client brand standards
Create content topics for short form video content working closely with the client to incorporate content surrounding their brand, community, team, and listings
Direct content video shoots with clients using positive encouragement and giving tasteful feedback to ensure content looks great and will be effective
Interface with external agencies to ensure media is delivered on time and passes our standards
Build a strong relationship with the client by becoming a trusted advisor
Work closely with the director of content strategy to ensure client success
Track and report metrics internally and externally to clients
Take ownership of complex issues and find resolutions
